These Terms & Conditions govern use of CaravanEvent.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

CaravanEvent.com is an event-discovery and information platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CaravanEvent is not the organiser, promoter, venue operator, ticket seller or travel provider for events listed on the website.

2. Event information

Dates, venues, opening hours, ticket prices, programmes, availability, cancellations and other details may change. Confirm important information with the official organiser before travel, booking or purchase decisions.

3. Event submissions

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may verify, edit, classify, decline, suspend or remove submissions for accuracy, relevance, safety, legal compliance or site quality. Submitters must have the right to provide material they upload.

4. Featured and sponsored placements

Paid Featured or Sponsored placement provides promotional visibility as described at purchase; it is not an endorsement and does not bypass verification or editorial standards. Paid placements will be identified where applicable.

5. External websites and transactions

CaravanEvent may link to organisers, venues, ticketing services, accommodation providers, rental companies, retailers and other third parties. Transactions and contractual relationships are between the visitor and the relevant provider.
